How do I place an order?

You contact us (via e mail or telephone) with the occasion you are celebrating and the wrapper design you want personalising. After supplying us with the details we design a wrapper and send you an e mail with the wrapper in proof form. Once you are happy with the design we print the wrappers and then individually hand wrap each chocolate bar.

Can I have a photo put onto the wrappers?

Yes as long as there is room within your design and the photo/picture is not protected by copyright. You e mail us the photo/picture or company logo in Jpeg form and we can upload this onto your wrapper design.

Is there a minimum/maximum number I can order?

No you are free to order from as little as one single bar, to 100’s. No order is too big or too small.

How big are the chocolates?

The 10g = 6cm x 3.5cm The 35g = 11.5cm x 4.5cm. All sizes are approximate

Is the chocolate nut free?

We can’t guarantee that the chocolate is nut free due to the environment it is made in. The ingredients are: Milk solids 20% Cocoa solids 30%, Sugar, Cocoa butter, Milk powder, Cocoa mass, Emulsifier and Soya lecithin. (The ingredients are printed on each wrapper)

How much notice is needed to place an order?

As most of our orders are personalised for the individual we would ideally like at least two weeks’ notice. This enables us to have the time to get your design right for you, the wrappers printed and the chocolates individually hand wrapped for your occasion. However we do our best to complete “short notice” orders so please give us a ring even if you are short on time.

Can I design my own wrapper?

If you chose a plain wrapper and send us the wording and a photo of your choice explaining what you would like then we will endeavour to put your ideas onto a wrapper for you.

Where do I store the chocolates once I’ve got them?

The chocolates need to be stored somewhere cool and dark. Do not store them in the fridge once the designed wrappers are on the chocolates as the damp conditions can spoil the wrappers.
